This service is stand alone or a great beginning to a thoughtful complete well put together Landscape Plan. For the client that will be selecting the full set of working drawings, the Schematic Design is the most logical first step to a Master Plan. Though conceptual in nature it provides all the elements of planning and design as an "easy to read" colorful drawing, showing all the ideas, suggestions, and important features of the property. There are usually option overlay's for this phase of the design. At the end of this phase the client should feel comfortable about where the design is going. It is the "First Stab", "Preliminary Review", and "Complete Concept Design" all in one.
